The staff were well-trained and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, which was a big plus for me. The amenities provided, such as room service and housekeeping, were top-notch. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the in-room safe for added convenience. my stay at this hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Pleasant staff, perfect hotel, impressive room. A wide range of nice food at breakfast time. New building and rooms for deliver ironing board. The pool area is great too. The check out is late.

Its location was perfect, short walk to Shah Alam and subang area and nearest shopping mall. It also was in the middle of jackson. Thoroughly enjoyed our well-kept and tastefully decorated room for deliver ironing board. Layout and interior design were amazing...

Had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend! Loved the spacious rooms and the super-fast wifi. Really appreciated the friendly staff and great service. Location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by greenery. Plus, loved the restaurant with its delicious and affordable menus.

While the breakfast was decent, it lacked variety and quality. Access road to the hotel could be a bit tricky, and the location was a bit remote.

The room service was fast and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a chef who made it even more enjoyable.

Celebrated Xmas here. Great rates offered and the room was cozy with basic amenities. The aircon and water pressure were superb. Enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows. Had access to a large TV with great channels and reception. Had superfast wifi.

Location was outskirts of town so getting there was a bit tricky. Requested a high-floor room but was not given one.
